The premium lockout kit includes 13 components to ensure equipment is locked out in accordance with OSHA reulation 1910.147. Kit contains:
- 1 - 17" rugged poly carrying case
- 3 - 1 1/2" lockout hasps
- 3 - 3/4" shackle locks
- 16 - ID labels (#IDL1)
- 2 - 10/pack lockout tags (#LOTAG10) and fasteners
- 3 - single pole breaker lockouts
- 2 - double pole circuit breaker lockouts
- 1 - large plug lockout
- 1 - valve wheel lockout device (fits handles 1" - 2 1/2")
- 1 - valve wheel lockout device (fits handles 2 1/2" - 5")
- 1 - electrical switch lockout
- 15 - 3" x 5" lockout labels
- 1 - lockout training booklet
