Valve Lockout Kit (#VLOK1)

The valve lockout kit includes necessary items to lockout a variety of gate and ball valves in a rugged poly carrying case. Kit contains:

• 1 - 17" rugged poly carrying case
• 2 - 1 1/2" lockout hasps
• 2 - 3/4" shackle locks
• 1 - 10/pack lockout tags (#LOTAG10) with fasteners
• 10 - accident prevention tags (#RPT18 & RPT32) with fasteners
• 2 - cable lockout devices
• 2 - valve wheel lockout devices (fits handles 2 1/2" - 5")
• 2 - ball valve lockouts (fits valves 1 1/4" - 2 1/4")
• 2 - valve wheel lockout devices (fits handles 1" - 2 1/2")
